Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

Return / Refund Policy :

A. Products Returned due to Transit Damage (Replacement) :
  1. The product should be returned within 3-days from the date of receipt of goods.
  2. Send the product along with invoice to the company with a short write-up of the issue faced.
  3. The product will be rectified / replaced as per the requirement.
  4. If the product is not available, Refund will be provided refer Refund Method below.
  5. Product once used will not be considered for any Replacement / Refund.
  6. Payments will be made within 7-working days for the returned goods, if required (or) as per the decision of technical / service persons.
B. Any Functional Issue with the Product :
  1. Lodge a complaint through our website along with your address and product model details here.
  2. Our service team will contact you.
  3. If required, they will visit in person.
  4. The issue will be sorted out in 5-working days.
C. Return of Purchased Goods :
  1. Product once used will not be considered for any Replacement / Refund.
  2. The product should be returned within 5-days from the date of receipt of courier along with invoice.
  3. The claims will be settled within 7-working days from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouse.
  4. Product Shipment charges and Payment gateway charges incurred will be deducted and the balance will be refunded by the method mentioned in the Refund Method.

Note : When you return the product, just mention the reason for your return with the order number in the invoice in a short note, put the product along with the invoice and the note with the order number into the secure package, affix our Return address (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier.

Refund Method :

Refund will be through online payment only. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.

Kindly mention the Order Id and the mobile number provided during order placement..

Cancellations Requests should be placed within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations Requests received after 24 hours of order placement will not be considered.
